80-Year-Old Man Denies Assaulting Woman
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Oct 20], a 80-year-old man denied assaulting a woman and using threatening words.
Kenneth Robinson pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman and causing her bodily harm on 15th October.
He also pleaded not guilty to using threatening words, with the Court hearing he allegedly said to her: “They may take me away for a couple of days, but wait and see what I have in store for you. I’m going to f****** kill you.”
Magistrate Tokunbo set trial for December and granted $2,000 bail to the senior citizen.
