April 15-17: Lane Closure For Cable Repair Works
The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advises that “a lane closure will be in effect on Crow Lane in Pembroke, just south of Flora Duffy Hill, to facilitate underground cable repair works for Digicel.”
A Government spokesperson said, “The lane closure will take place from Wednesday, 15 April 2026, through Friday, 17 April 2026, with working hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
“Although Crow Lane has two lanes, only one lane will be closed at a time, and motorists will be directed to use the remaining open lanes.
“Traffic controls will be managed by Invisible Trenching using barriers and stop-and-go personnel to assist vehicles passing through the area. The closure is required to allow equipment access to the underground cable located adjacent to the sidewalk.
“Motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly, expect delays, and exercise caution when travelling through the area. Please refer to the attached Road Traffic Notice for more information.”
