Court: 29-Yr-Old Woman Denies Assault Charges
Appearing in Magistrates Court before Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo, 29-year-old Nora King plead not guilty to unlawfully assaulting another woman, in St George’s in December and causing her bodily harm.
Ms King also plead not guilty to unlawfully wounding a man, in St George’s, also in December.
Magistrate Tokunbo set trial for March 2016 and granted bail at $5,000 with one Surety. After the Crown Prosecutor told the Magistrate that Ms King was not a Bermudian, the Magistrate also required Ms King to surrender all her travel documents.
