Court: Man Denies Threatening Words & Assault

January 6, 2016

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Jan 6], a 34-year-old man denied using threatening words as well as assault.

Jevon Daniels denied using threatening words in Sandys parish in January 2016 by allegedly telling another man: “I’m tired of you and your sister. I’m going to put gunshots through your window.” He also denied assaulting the same man on the same date.

Mr Daniels also denied assaulting a woman, with this alleged to have happened in December 2015.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial dates in March, and set bail and ordered that Mr Daniels must have no contact with either of the two complainants.
