Advisory: Trash Collection Will Resume Today
After being suspended for the past few days due to the withdrawal of labour, the Ministry of Public Works advised this morning [March 18] that trash collection will resume today “with a focus on collection in the East End.”
“We are asking for the public’s patience as crews work to clear a significant backlog of trash as quickly as possible,” a spokesperson said. “Additionally, the quarry depot is operational today.”
