Tax Commissioner Office Network Outage [Fixed]
[Updated] The Office of the Tax Commissioner said they are “currently experiencing a total network outage.”
“BTC is working to resolve the problem,” a spokesperson said at 1.30pm this afternoon.
“However, until the issue is resolved there will be a direct impact on service levels for tax payers and clients. Thank you for your patience.”
Update 2.46pm: A spokesperson said, “The Office of the Tax Commissioner experienced a total network outage today, but the systems have now been restored.
“While there was a temporary impact on service levels for tax payers and clients, it is expected that all services have returned to normal.
“The Office of the Tax Commissioner wishes to thank members of the public for their patience.”
