Jaden Masters Named CP ‘Member Of Month’
Valencia winger Jaden Masters, a 13-year-old Whitney Institute student, has been named the CP Athletic Development Academy’s ‘Member of the Month.”
A spokesperson said, “Jaden is a 13 year old student at Whitney Institute Middle School where her favorite subjects are Science and Physical Education. She is interested in studying Sports Therapy in college.
“The Valencia winger has won several awards including; Honor Roll student, CPAD Awards, All Star Sports Awards, Champion Girl Sports Awards, Kappa Champions Awards, and various other football awards. Her Premier League Team is Manchester United and she also enjoys reading, travel and art.
Miss Masters said, “CPAD has been responsible for improving my first touch and speed of play tremendously, whilst helping my mental approach and game reading. As the only girl playing with boys, this has made me step my game up to match their speed and strength, they cut me no breaks.
“This has helped shape my outdoor game. As a winger, I have to be able to read the game and Futsal has taught me patience and mental toughness. I still have a long ways to go, but I know that my CPAD family will be there to guide me. Coach Pete sees in me what I can’t sometimes see in myself, for that I am grateful.”
“CPAD’s ultimate goal is to guide their members on to higher education, creating opportunities for scholarships in the process.
