Court: 29-Year-Old Charged With Double Murder
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [May 5], a 29-year-old man was charged with the 2013 murders of Ricco Furbert and Haile Outerbridge.
Mr Outerbridge, 34, and Mr Furbert, 25, both sustained fatal wounds after being shot multiple times while inside the Belvins store on Happy Valley Road on January 23, 2013.
Ramano Mills was also charged with using a firearm to commit the offence, and with taking a motorcycle without consent.
As the charges must be heard in the Supreme Court, the defendant was not required to enter a plea and he was remanded in custody.
