Weather: Bermuda Institute Picnic Cancelled
The Bermuda Institute school picnic has been cancelled due to the inclement weather, and students are required to report to school at the regular time for a fun day.
An email sent out said, “To Bermuda Institute parents, students and guardians, Due to inclement weather the school picnic has been cancelled. Students are required to report to school at the regular time for a fun day.”
The Bermuda Weather Service has issued a Thunderstorm Advisory valid for this morning through this afternoon, and their forecast for today says, “A frontal boundary to the west slowly moves towards the area today keeping moderate to occasional strong winds into the afternoon with a few showers and possible thunder.”
