Photos: Port Royal Gas Station Appreciation Day

The Esso Service Station at Port Royal held a Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday afternoon, with the service station offering free giveaways, food, face painting, music, Gombeys and more.

The event was held to both thank the public for their continual support and to celebrate their recent award, with the business recently winning the Gold Retailer of the Year Western Caribbean Cluster award, a regional accolade awarded to the top performing service station in the Western Caribbean.

Tamara De Silva — the Dealer of Port Royal Service Station who has worked there for 22 years — remarked on the dedication and hard work of the station staff, saying that without whom this award would not have been possible.

Jane Smith, the Manager of the station who has worked there for 17 years, added, “We really do have a great team here and we must also thank the community who patronise our store.”
