Today’s Track Meet Cancelled Due To Weather
The scheduled track meet at the National Sports Center today [Oct 22] has been cancelled due to the weather. The Bermuda National Athletics Association were due to host their first track meet today, aiming to start preparations early for next year’s Carifta Games.
BNAA President Donna Raynor said, “Please note the track meet has been cancelled due to the weather.”
Today’s Bermuda Weather Service forecast says, “Cloudy periods, occasional showers, thunder likely. Winds south-southwesterly strong gusts to gale force, decreasing southwesterly moderate to strong gust strong by evening.”
