BCB Announce Results & Decisions From AGM
The Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] has released the results and decisions of the AGM held at Charities House on November 17.
A spokesperson said, “The minutes of the last AGM, November 26, 2015 were approved. The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2015 were approved with a clean unqualified opinion.
“KPMG were re-appointed auditors for the year ended 31 December, 2016
“The meeting noted the work that had been done on the Constitution and Bye-Laws to date and agreed to appoint a Committee to further develop this work.
“The following people were elected to hold office until the AGM of 2019: First Vice President Nyon Steede; Secretary Cheryl Ann Mapp; and Fund Development Chair Kimberly Jackson.
“In addition, the following Club Representatives will hold office until the AGM of 2017: Clay Smith; Dennis Williams; and Mike Stovel.”
