Court: 30-Year-Old Man Denies Sex Offences
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Feb 16], a 30-year-old man denied six charges of having unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl over the age of 14 and under the age of 16.
The defendant also denied one charge of sexually assault, with the acts alleged to have taken place between January 2016 and March 2016.
Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe granted bail of $5,000 and ordered that have no contact with the complainant.
