Cove Named One Of “10 Exceptional Condos”
The Cove — the planned development at Morgan’s Point — was featured by Keith Flamer of Forbes lifestyle as one of the “10 Exceptional Condos To Watch In 2017″.
The report said, “The Cove, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence in Southampton, Bermuda is the first phase of the island’s largest mixed-use development ever—Caroline Bay Bermuda.
“Developed by Morgan’s Point Ltd., the development [located on the island’s west side], will debut 35 waterfront residences designed by SB Architects.
“The destination will also boast a megayacht marina that’s perfectly timed for the 35th America’s Cup taking place in Bermuda this June.
“Ultimately the property will include 149 Carlton Reserve Residences, a 79-room hotel, three restaurants, and amenities such as two pools, spa, water sports, kids club and world-class beaches.”
