Ball Hockey: Vancouver Giants, Sarnia Sting Win

The 2016/17 Bermuda Ball Hockey Season has moved into the Play-offs, with the Vancouver Giants and Sarnia Sting taking a 1 – 0 lead in their Series, with a total of 17 goals scored at the PCC Hockey Rink.

Vancouver Giants 8 Gatineau Olympiques 3

The Vancouver Giants got a hat-trick off the stick of Cameron Poland as they defeated the Gatineau Olympiques 8 – 3.

Warren Miller added two goals, while John Duda, Cory Caouette and Mckay Shane all added a goal each. Matthew Fullerton, Christopher Merritt and Jm Tremblay all scored a goal each for the Gatineau Olympiques.

Sarnia Sting 5 Halifax Mooseheads 1

The Sarnia Sting defeated the Halifax Mooseheads 5 – 1 in the nightcap, Christopher Scott and Jeff Morash scored two goals each for the Sarnia Sting, with Adam Mattatall adding the other, while Jeffrey Loper scored the lone goal for the Halifax Mooseheads.
