Court: Four More People Deny Dec 2nd Charges

[Updated] Police can be seen outside the Court building again this morning [April 12], and additional people are expected to be charged with alleged offences at the December 2nd protest.

There have already been eleven people charged including BIU President Chris Furbert, BPSU President Jason Hayward, Reverend Nicholas Tweed, BIU 1st Vice President Glen Simmons, Lilymay Bulford, Neville Goddard, Chris Furbert Jr, Anthony Burgess, Arnold Smith, Alafia Henry, and David Saltus.

The Court session begins at 10.00am, and we will update as able.

Update 10.39am: Sherman Hill [58], Antoine Minors [34], Ernest Trott [51], and Dornielle Farrell [27], all pleaded not guilty to obstructing the police on December 2nd, 2016, and received bail in the amount of $1,000 each.

Update 9.58am: A group just walked into the Court room , with the group including BIU President Chris Furbert, Reverend Nicholas Tweed, BIU 1st Vice President Glen Simmons,  George Scott and more. BPSU President Jason Hayward walked in a few minutes later.
