BUEI Talks To Host ‘Race For Water, Odyssey’
The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute’s [BUEI] Talks series is getting set to present “Race For Water The Odyssey” on Thursday, June 29, beginning at 7.30pm.
The event poster says, “Join us for an unforgettable evening to hear about the mission, journey and achievements of the Race for Water Odyssey. Find out what it’s like to journey around the world fuelled only by sun, sea and air from members of this epic vessel’s crew.
“Hear first-hand about their scientific results out of Bermuda. You won’t want to miss this unique opportunity before they depart on the next leg of their expedition around the world!”
The presentation will get underway at 7.30pm, with a Sushi Happy Hour to be held at Harbourfront from 5.00pm to 6.30pm, with dinner opening at 6.00pm. Tickets cost $20 for members, $25 for non-members and $10 for students, and are available by calling 294-0204 or visiting BUEI’s Oceans Gift Shop.
