Photos: America’s Cup Superyacht Dinner

June 16, 2017

To celebrate the America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta, an Owners’ Dinner in association with Feadship Royal Dutch Shipyards was held at the Tucker’s Point Beach Club.

The Regatta, hosted by Boat International Media and sponsored by Feadship, was held between 13 and 15 June.

During these past few days, a fleet of twenty yachts measuring a minimum 24m in length – including an array of J Class yachts – competed for the Boat International America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta Trophy.

The trophy was previously held by Adela, which won in San Francisco in 2013. However, the crew of Lionheart now hold the title, winning the overall trophy after the third day of racing.

OK, I’m going to say it, it’s the elephant in the room … one black person, and we are supposed to believe that the AC is benefiting everyone? I suppose someone will say that the wait staff should be grateful of the tips.

  3. So much AC stuff!Yet, this “great government” has failed miserably in tackling racism, money and power are their names. They have not addressed the severe job shortages for BERMUDIANS WHICH THEY SYSTEMATICALLY put in place to reduce the BLACK VOTE. Shame on d.
