Results: Bicycle Works July 2nd Road Race
The Bicycle Works Road Race was held today [July 2] using a route that included South Road and Middle Road in Warwick, Paget and Southampton. The race director for today’s event was Neil De ste Croix and chief referee was Earlena Ingham.
Dominique Mayho riding with Madison was first in the Adult A class with a time of 2:19:46. Conor White placed second riding with Winners Edge while teammate Adam Kirk took the third spot.
Team Madison rider Rose Anna Hoey placed first in the Women A class with a time of 1:38:42 while Cassandra McPhee riding with Winners Edge took second. Louise Wells placed third riding with Winners Edge.
In the Adult B class, Anthony Dell Ricardo [Ricky] Smith riding with Winners Edge placed first in a time of 1:58:29. Teammate Gary Raynor placed second while independent rider Steven Smith was third.
Independent rider Stephen Paynter took the Adult C class honours finishing in a time of 1:33:03. Keino Williams with Madison placed second while Winners Edge rider Alexander Miller took third.
Winners Edge rider Eileen Mullowney placed first in the Women B class in a time of 1:12:13. Independent rider Patti Merritt placed second while Caitlin Conyers took third riding with Bicycle Works.
Blake Oliveira won the Junior A class in a time of 1:12:13 riding with Winners Edge. BCA rider Nazarai Fox took second place while teammate Enchinico Davis placed third.
In the Junior B class, Tokio rider Zoe Hasselkuss placed first in a time of 0:10:49 while teammate Jasmin Hasselkuss took second. Gordon Smith placed third riding with BCA.
