Basketball Elite League: Warriors & Panthers Win
In Bermuda Basketball Elite City League action saw a total of 250 points scored inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium.
In the opener the Warriors defeated the Storm 73 – 58, the Warriors were led to victory by Kobe Imlay who had 26 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists, while Akil Smith scored 14 points for the Storm, he also added 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 1 steal.
In game two the Panthers defeated the Renegades 68 – 51, Chris Harwood scored a game high 30 points for the Panthers, to go along with 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals and 1 blocked shot, while Ry Ahronson scored 13 points to lead the Renegades, he grabbed 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot.
