“Back in-form Fredie Albarido got off to a great start hitting his double at the first attempt to take a 1 Leg to nil lead. However Hickmott held his throw with a classy 2 dart 70 outshot Treble x18 & Double x16 to level the match 1 -1. However Albarido would hold throw to lead 2 – 1.
“Hickmott was first to a double in leg four, but was unable to find it before Albarido hit his Double top to break throw and Lead 3 – 1. In a tight leg five both players struggled on the double, but Albarido took his chance, and hit his double x5 to claim this year’s Title.”
