Turning Point Services Return to MWI Campus

Substance abuse services are returning to their home on the Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute campus [MWI] from their temporary home on the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, following six months of renovations.

BHB said, “Dosing for the Opioid Treatment Programme will move back to MWI on Sunday 25 February and Outpatient Services will return on Monday 26 February 2018.

“To support the relocation to and efficient organization of the renovated space, Turning Point will only offer urgent, emergency referrals and walk-ins for the first week [from Sunday 25 February]. Normal services, with regular outpatient appointments, including intakes, individual counseling and groups will be available from Monday 5 March 2018.

“Phone and e-mail access will be available as usual throughout the transition period.”
