Airport Deal Wins IJGlobal Magazine Award
The project to redevelop the L.F. Wade International Airport has won the IJGlobal Magazine Award for the “2017 North America Airport Deal of the Year”.
Bennett Jones noted that the decision to select Bermuda’s Airport project from among the finalists was made in January 2018 and the awards were formally announced and presented on March 15th at the annual IJGlobal Awards Gala at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City.
Bennett Jones acted as legal counsel on behalf of the Government of Bermuda to structure, renegotiate and document that innovative infrastructure project.
The annual IJGlobal Awards Dinner celebrated the best deals in infrastructure development over the past year. IJGlobal Magazine is based in London, England and is a leading infrastructure project publication and online resource in the world, including its database of the world’s leading experts across all infrastructure sectors.
2017 winners will also appear in featured articles in the Spring edition of IJGlobal Magazine.
