SSV Corwith Cramer To Host Open Ship
The SSV Corwith Cramer, the flagship of Sea Education Association [SEA] of Woods Hole, Massachusetts, will host an open ship on Saturday, May 12, from 10.00am to 1.00pm at Penno’s Wharf in St. George’s.
A spokesperson said, “Visitors may enjoy guided tours of the ship and meet members of their crew.
“The ship is a 134-foot tall ship sailing school vessel and arrived Monday from Nassau, Bahamas. On board are students from S.E.A.’s ocean-based study abroad program, SEA Semester, who are studying biodiversity and conservation of the Sargasso Sea.
“The ship departs Bermuda Saturday afternoon and is expected to arrive in New York City on May 22.”
