Bermuda Defeat Jamaica In Santo Domingo
Bermuda are now 2 & 1 during the COTECC Under 12 Boy’s Tennis Tournament in Santo Domingo.
Bermuda is being represented by Antonio Warner, Andrew Phillips and Cooper McGuire, with Gavin Manders serving as Coach.
After going down to the Dominican Republic 3 – 0 and defeating Haiti 2 – 1, Bermuda defeated Jamaica 2 – 1, McGuire came from a set down to defeat Matthew James 5-7, 6-3, 6-3, Warner would then win his game against Kaiel Casserly in straight sets 6-4, 6-2.
Jamaica pair Casserly and Jamar Parkinson defeated Warner and Phillips in a three set battle 6-3, 4-6, 11-9.
