Whaley & Arkansas Win Season Opener
Devwah Whaley and his Arkansas Men’s Football teammates defeated Eastern Illinois 55 – 20 in their season opener inside Razorback Stadium.
Already ahead 10 – 0, Whaley gave Arkansas their first offensive score of the season as he powered into the end zone from a yard out to give Arkansas a commanding 17-0 lead. Dating back to last season Whaley has recorded a touchdown in seven-consecutive games.
Whaley finished the game with 10 rushes for 2 yards.
