Conyers Ranked As Corporate & Finance Leader
IFLR1000 has published its global guide to law firms for 2019, once again ranking Conyers Tier 1 in Bermuda in the Corporate & Finance category, with more recognised lawyers than any other Bermuda firm.
An annual guide to the world’s leading financial and corporate law firms, IFLR1000 bases its rankings and analysis on extensive independent research by a dedicated team of journalists.
The firm was mentioned for its strengths in capital markets, M&A, restructurings, insurance, aviation and shipping. The guide further highlighted Conyers’ work on a number of high-profile transactions including Sky Aviation’s asset-backed securities offering and Roivant Sciences’ US$1.1 billion equity investment led by SoftBank Vision Fund.
