Amnesty International Profiles Warwick Academy
Warwick Academy celebrated the fifth anniversary of the Human Rights Friendly School programme at the school, as well as the 70 years since the universal declaration of human rights, with their ongoing efforts being profiled in Amnesty International.
A spokesperson said, “We started with an assembly with Alumna Lisa Lister-Reed from the Human Rights Commission, along with parent Mrs. Cupidore.
“In the library there is a display of The Human Rights posters which are part of the mobile UN Human Rights official poster exhibit. Warwick Academy was profiled in Amnesty International today, which reaches a global audience.
“That profile can be read online.”
