Bermuda Festival Offers $1 Annual Memberships
For the month of December, the Bermuda Festival is offering $1 annual memberships for students and seniors.
A spokesperson said, “Membership includes 50% discounts on Festival tickets for students and 25% off for seniors. Benefits also include special access to specified rehearsals, priority seating for student outreach programmes and discounts from participating vendors.
“The Festival is also offering $50 Gold Memberships [good for three people] until January 1.”
Festival Executive Director T.J. Armand said, “In our 44th year, our audience is growing. For the first time in Festival’s history, we wanted to start a comprehensive Membership plan which will continue to evolve, giving Bermudians the opportunity to support the Festival and receive considerable discounts on Festival tickets, along with other benefits.
“The Festival brings many international acts and features the very best of local talent. We certainly want more and more people to enjoy the robust programming. Not only are we offering discounts for seniors and students, we are also offering 15% off ticket prices to adults with our new Gold Membership – this package, ideal for families, also gives discounts for 2 additional people.”
“Along with living legends like Chaka Khan and The Manhattan Transfer, the 44th annual Bermuda Festival will continue to feature inspiring performances from local performers like Sheila Smith, Gita Blakeney Saltus, Heather Nova and Rebecca Faulkenberry. The Festival also announced its 2019 Student Outreach Programme which will start in January.”
