Two People Hospitalized After Domestic Incident
[Updated] A man and a woman have been transported to hospital following a domestic incident that took place at a residence in Hamilton Parish this morning [Dec 12] according to police..
A police spokesperson said, “Police responded to a report of an incident that took place at a residence on Quarry Road in the area of the Government Quarry in Hamilton Parish at 10:10am.
“It appears that a domestic incident, took place, resulting in a man and woman being taken to the hospital. Both parties are being treated for facial injuries and CID are making their way to the scene.”
Update 5.45pm: A police spokesperson said, “Police and fellow first responders attended a reported violent domestic incident at a Quarry Road, Hamilton parish home around 10:10am today [December 12th].
“Apparently the siblings involved were transported in separate ambulances to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
“At last check this afternoon the 20-year-old man hurt [brother] had been treated and discharged while his 26-year-old sister remained at the hospital receiving medical care.
“The scene has been processed and inquiries continue.”
