24-Yr-Old Man Assaulted In Bailey’s Bay
On Sunday evening [Feb 10] a 24-year-old man was on the porch of the Bailey’s Bay Cricket Club when “he was assaulted by two other men” resulting in “contusions to his face and body as well as a stab wound to his elbow.”
A police spokesperson said, “Around 11:30pm Sunday, February 10th police officers and ambulance personnel responded to a reported assault at Bailey’s Bay Cricket Club.
“It appears that a 24-year-old man was outside with a group of young men on the club’s porch when he was assaulted by two other men.
“The club was closed at the time.
“He was transported via ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of contusions to his face and body as well as a stab wound to his elbow and later discharged.
“The surrounding area was searched for the suspects, but they were not located. The scene has been processed and inquiries continue regarding the circumstances of this assault.
“Any witnesses or members of the public with information regarding this incident are encouraged to call the Criminal Investigation Department on 247-1744.”
And it looks like BBCC will be closed next Friday from 10 pm until 10 pm on Saturday.

Law makers of both parties right under their noses make no consessions or offer any constructive solutions!
I spent 3 day light hours on our roads today and did not see any police personel.
