Police Confirm Death Of Wilburt Spencer
The police have now confirmed the death of 56-year-old Wilburt Spencer, and said that foul play is not suspected.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 56-year-old Mr. Wilburt Spencer and extends sincere condolences to his family and friends.
“Mr. Spencer was found by a member of the public in an unresponsive state around 1pm Monday, February 4th – in an area of trees at Corkscrew Hill, Devonshire where it is believed he had been living rough – and pronounced dead at the scene later that day by an on call doctor.
“Foul play is not suspected and a cause of death is being examined.”
