BBFS To Host ‘Speedy Cup’ On Saturday
The Bermuda’s Brazilian Football School [BBFS] will be celebrating the life of Jermaine ‘Coach Speedy’ Smith with the second annual ‘Speedy Cup’ on Saturday [March 9] at Dandy Town.
A spokesperson said, “Come and celebrate the life of Jermaine ‘Coach Speedy’ Smith on Saturday at Dandy Town. The NVCC Masters and Dandy Town Roots will play for the 2nd Annual Speedy Cup at 3:00 PM.
“Coach Speedy was a diehard NVCC supporter but had a soft touch for the Western Stars Sports Club in his heart. He also served as the assistant director of youth development at Bermuda’s Brazilian Football School for 8 years. Speedy, you may be gone but will never be forgotten!!!”
