Court: Man Denies Charge Of Sexual Assault

Appearing in Magistrates Court today [March 28], a man pleaded not guilty to sexual assault.
The man, who is a police officer, cannot be named at this stage for legal reasons. The assault is alleged to have occurred on December 5, 2018, in Pembroke.
The man was granted $5,000 bail, and his next court appearance is scheduled for April 22.
