WTM: Dividend & Peter Carlson Elected To Board
At its regular meeting held on February 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. declared a $1.00 per share annual dividend, payable in cash on March 27, 2019, to holders of record of Common Shares as of the close of business on March 18, 2019.
The Board of Directors of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. [WTM] has elected Peter M. Carlson as a director of the Company.
Mr. Carlson was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Brighthouse Financial, Inc. Previously, he was EVP and Chief Accounting Officer of MetLife, Inc. Mr. Carlson has also served on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council.
