Phillips Advances In Vilas Academy Tournament
Daniel Phillips recently began play in the main draw of the VI Guillermo Vilas Tennis Academy Trophy Junior Tennis Tournament.
Phillips, playing in the Boy’s Singles 14 main draw, took on Roger Ferra from Spain.
Phillips advanced in yet another three set battle, winning the first set 6-3 before Ferra won the second set 7-5.
In the third and final set, Phillips picked up the 6-4 win.
