The webinar will be on Tuesday, January 21 at 12:00PM. Sarah Wight, Nutritional Therapist will be discussing simple and approachable meal prep strategies to make cooking at home less of a hassle.

Miss Wright said, “I think of the kitchen as a nutrition lab. If you want to support an imbalance or achieve a health goal, it begins with simple changes in the kitchen.”
“One of the major barriers to health is being busy and thus, not preparing ahead of time. Clients often make poor diet choices when they are out of time, or absolutely starving. Simple ideas such as having a snack on hand every afternoon will prevent a 3pm trip to the candy isle and stabilize blood sugar levels.
“Another example could be preparing a salad dressing once a week to avoid processed, inflammatory oils found in most salad dressings.
“The webinar will break down the basics of meal prep, offer ideas and discuss implementing them at pace that is right for you and your busy schedule. The webinar will also offer online attendees the science behind the recommendations being made and why they are important to prioritise.
