FEI Jumping World Challenge Start Delayed
[Updated] The organizers of the 2020 FEI Jumping World Challenge [JWC] – originally scheduled for tomorrow [Feb 15] – have decided to delay the start of competition due to the expected weather conditions.
A spokesperson said, “Due to the unfavourable weather forecast for Saturday, the organizer have decided to delay the start of the FEI Jumping World Challenge.
“The organizers will review the weather status as well as the ground footing at NEC at approximately 10.30am, when they will determine if it is feasible for the competition to be held later Saturday afternoon or alternatively postpone the event to a later date.”
Update Feb 15, 11.58am: A spokesperson said, “The organizers have decided to reschedule Competition #1 of the FEI JWC for tomorrow [Feb 16].
“Horse inspection is scheduled to commence at 8.00am.”
