Public Consultation: SubCOL/ICOL Applications
The Regulatory Authority [RA] is inviting the public to review new SubCOL and ICOL applications and submit written comments during its public consultation.
A spokesperson said, “The Regulatory Authority has received multiple qualified applications for new Integrated Communications Operating Licences [ICOLs] and a single application for a new type of Communications Operating Licence [SubCOL] to provide communication services in the local marketplace.
“As a result, the RA is inviting the public, including electronic communications sectoral participants, sectoral providers and other interested parties to review the applications and submit written comments during its public consultation.
“Visit www.ra.bm and select the ‘Respond to an Open Public Consultation‘ button on the homepage to submit your comments on before 11.59pm on May 29, 2020.”
