Council Invites Junior Road Safety Applicants

Are you a young person looking to help make a difference in road safety in Bermuda? The Bermuda Road Safety Council [BRSC] is looking for young people between 16 and 18 to join the Junior Road Safety Council.

“The Junior Road Safety Council is a way to encourage youth to get active and be involved in our road safety campaign,” a spokesperson said. The BRSC is accepting applications for the upcoming school year 2020-2021.”

BRSC Chairman Dennis Lister III said, “Getting our young people involved in road safety is essential to ensure that the future of road safety is started today.”

    Over the last week several people were prosecuted for DUI, 5 out of 6 were between 19 and 25 years old and most were caught only after crashing, two falling off in front of police, none in RSC’s which seem to have been stopped for some strange reason.
