Armstrong Finishes 6th In Colt Cross Country
Nathan Armstrong received an invitation to compete in the Colt Invitational Cross Country Meet on the Holmdel course in New Jersey.
With only two days to prepare, Armstrong made the best of the opportunity by running his best time of 16:25 over a 5000 meter course crossing the line 6th.
This time duplicating his best time run at last year’s MOC.
