Male Injured In Stabbing Incident In Dockyard

A male was stabbed early this morning [Oct 6] in Dockyard, the police have confirmed.

A police spokesperson said, “Shortly before 2:00 a.m. today, Tuesday, 6th October, police received reports of a stabbing incident inside the Royal Naval Dockyard, Sandys.

“Upon arrival, officers observed a male lying on his back at the entrance to Snorkel Park and bleeding from stab wound to his chest.

“The victim was conscious and breathing.

“He was conveyed via ambulance to King Edward VII for treatment to his injury, which was determined to be non-life-threatening.”
