Over 30 People Attend Virtual ‘Docs For Dinner’

Over thirty participants, including doctors from Bermuda, Bahamas, and Jamaica attended the virtual “Docs For Dinner” event held via Zoom on October 29 [Thursday].

A spokesperson said, “Sponsored by Bermuda HealthCare Services and Brown-Darrell Clinic, the quarterly event went virtual for the first time in its history.

“According to one local internist who attended, the Speakers were excellent. Another said it was by far the most “cutting edge COVID seminar” she had ever attended. The topic for this quarter’s event was “Updates in the treatment of patients with severe Covid Disease” was addressed by Dr. James Dargin and Dr. Kenneth Wener.

“We were extremely impressed by the attendance and the level of interest”, said Dr. Maheesh Reddy, Medical Director at Bermuda HealthCare Services.
