150+ Turkeys Given Away In Drive Through

More than 150 turkeys were given away at Bermuda Healthcare Service’s 10th annual event on Saturday, December 19.

“Dr. Mahesh Reddy, Medical Director and Practice Manager Terre Smith led the BHCS team in a unique anti-Covid distribution. Turkeys were placed in the trunks of cars which drove past a distribution point at the front of the clinic,” a spokesperson said.

“It went smoother than we expected,” said Dr. Reddy. There is an extra need for assistance this year.”
