Tiara DeRosa Finishes Third In Season Opener
Tiara DeRosa and her Mississippi Valley Track and Field teammates competed in the KMS Open Indoor Track Meet, their first meet of the season.
Competing in the women’s shot put, she finished 3rd with a top toss of 12.60m or 41 feet 33 inches, which came on her third and final attempt.
On her first attempt, DeRosa had a top toss of 11.35m or 37 feet 23 inches, and she then finished with a throw of 12.58m or 41 feet 27 inches.
