SailGP Celebrates Local Partnerships

Following the conclusion of the Bermuda Sail Grand Prix presented by Hamilton Princess, SailGP credited the “partnership of locally based businesses, and organizations for their unwavering support of its successful launch amidst a global pandemic.”

A spokesperson said, “There was no shortage of support shown for the Bermuda Sail Grand Prix presented by Hamilton Princess, the global championship’s long awaited Season 2 opener. The most memorable of starts to any of the Island’s sailing events so far, SailGP credits the partnership of locally based businesses and organizations for their unwavering support of its successful launch amidst a global pandemic.

“With the world’s economies looking for creative and impactful avenues to stimulate growth, and international sporting bodies looking for meaningful ways to continue their operations, SailGP forged a path demonstrating how achievable this can be both on and off the water through local collaboration.”
