Bermuda Day Message From The Queen
Noting it is the “special occasion of your Bermuda Day,” Queen Elizabeth II has extended her “best wishes to the people of Bermuda.”
A spokesperson said, “Today, H.E. Ms. Rena Lalgie, Governor and Commander-in-Chief conveyed a message from Her Majesty the Queen to Premier, the Hon. David Burt, JP,MP and the people of Bermuda.”
Her Majesty the Queen said, “On the special occasion of your Bermuda Day, I would like to convey to Premier Burt my congratulations, together with my best wishes to the people of Bermuda.
“After what has been a difficult year, I hope we may look forward to overcoming global health challenges and to better times in the future.”

True Dat! Joanne, the United States sends ALL their Citizens a Stimulus Package, and several at that this past year. What does Bermuda Gov’t, or the Queen send us? Many of us Bermudians are on Poor Street. Barely Making it and scratching.
No Help to be found. Iconic traditional cultural businesses are closing or getting ready to close. I know examples! You can’t believe everything you hear from Cabinet.
I have no hope here. And Gov’t doesn’t seem to care one bit. They are very wasteful besides, and not a Gov’t that sincerely does well by the people, unlike some local Governments in the US who are still operating off a surplus from previous years due to good management!
You got that right watching eyes! The top government officials eat well, sleep well, live well and PLAY well while many of us local Bermudians can barely make it! They need to wake up!
