BMHF Extend Condolences: Chetkowski Family
The Bermuda Mental Health Foundation [BMHF] expressed their condolences to the family of Stanley Chetkowski.
A spokesperson said, “The members, directors and officers of The Bermuda Mental Health Foundation are saddened to hear of the passing of Stanley F. Chetkowski.
“Stan was a driving force in the formation of the Foundation and was an officer and director for many years. He was instrumental in the raising of funds to enable the Foundation to purchase the homes where the Foundation provides housing in the community for persons with mental illness. Many senior executives will remember that Stan would not take no for an answer in his requests for donations.
“Stan was also a strong advocate on mental health issues and had long hoped that the Foundation would be able to provide more support in the community on mental health challenges. We will continue to strive to reach the goals he set for the Foundation.
“Our sincere condolences go out to Stan’s many friends and family members.”
