Flight Diverts Due To Medical Emergency

On April 23, a Jet Blue airlines flight diverted to Bermuda due to a medical emergency onboard.

A Bermuda Maritime Operations Centre spokesperson said, “Friday 23rd April, 12:34 am – A Jet Blue airlines flight diverted to Bermuda due to a medical emergency onboard.

“As the airport was closed RCC Bermuda contacted essential personnel and the aircraft landed safely about 40 minutes later. The patient was transferred to an awaiting ambulance and the aircraft departed Bermuda shortly after.”
