Premier & Cabinet To ‘Greet Those Assembled’

June 28, 2021

Noting the “planned assembly” on the grounds of the Cabinet Office tomorrow [29 June], Premier David Burt today confirmed that “he and the Cabinet will break from their scheduled meeting to greet those assembled.”

Premier Burt said: “The organisers wrote to me last week indicating their intention to assemble peacefully in the grounds of the Cabinet Office and to ask if I would be available to receive documentation from them at 11:30 am.

“Peaceful protest and assembly is the cornerstone of a free society, and I respect the rights of those who intend to be there tomorrow as part of this peaceful gathering. The organisers have asked that the government consider their submissions, and I can assure them that we will do so.”

Guess what.. I bet a few people will show up.where is REV Tweed in all of this?

    • Question says:

Tweed doesn’t believe in ‘we’re all equal’. That’s the last thing he wants.

Where is common sense how can vaccinated and unvaccinated be the same am I missing something WTH

    • A Reality Check says:

Israel, one of the most “vaccinated” populations on earth, just released data as reported in the Wall Street Journal, that 50% of those testing positive for the delta variant were fully vaccinated. So yes, clearly, the vaccinated and unvaccinated are very much equal.
Both need to be quarantined for 14 days or neither need to be quarantined. Anything less is clearly without merit and discriminatory on every level.

      • One who escaped says:

Actually, that is incorrect. Half of the infected were children, half adult. Only half of the adult population were fully vaccinated. So in truth, 25 percent of the total number of infected during the outbreak was fully vaccinated. Of the entire population, 55 percent are fully vaccinated.

      • T says:

You’re failing to mention the comparison of how many vaccinated were hospitalized… Significantly less than people who were not vaccinated. So no…. The studies show the vaccine is still highly effective against delta and shows decreased viral load despite delta’s increased capacity for cell binding. Rather fortunately, the 2 are not equal at this point with the varients we’ve identified.

  3. Wait and see says:

It will be interesting to see which of the 2 Bermudas show up.

Clearly not the People’s Campaign then

The Premier has said over and over those who don’t want to get vaccinated must get tested
